Pleased being a member for 10 years
I have been a member for around 10 years with no real issues in that time. Customer service is great, fee's are reasonable and interest on loans better than most other institutions. And staff is always kind, patient, and helpful!

It's wonderful to engage with a live…
It's wonderful to engage with a live representative. Calling and using an automated system is the worst and does not always apply to your needs. The staff at your Irwindale branch are the best.

I’ve been member of the credit union of 30 years
I’ve been member of the credit union for over 30 years and personalized service and excellent financial products have allowed me to have a peace of mind and have a quality of life for my family.

I've been a Rize member for 10+ years
I've been a Rize member for 10+ years. The staff in person, customer service and loan officers have been very professional and courteous at all times. Rize has been very helpful when I've needed it and the online banking system is easy and supportive.
