My order was delivered to an open area by UPS and subsequently stolen. Riverbend were not willing to help or replace, even though this was 2 items of a 15 item order. Be extremely cautious buying from this company as if you face any issues, you’ll be left alone

I was going to order 3 sets of the vickerman 70ct icicle lights. When I got to the checkout it calculated the shipping charge and it came to 22.00! This, to me, seems insane. Way overpriced shipping charges for light strings.

Deceptive website. Knew it was too good to be true when I saw a light fixture in stock that wasn't available anywhere else. After I ordered I found out it was backordered (no surprise). I cancelled the order and told them they should update their site and of course they didn't do it.
