Unhappy with the product I asked to return it for a refund. Told I had to pay $14 in return shipping and the $14 original shipping was non-refundable. On top of that was told there will be a 15% restocking fee even though I didn't open the product packaging just the cardboard shipping box it came in. The item only cost $30. Never again will I purchase something from Riverbend Home.

I didn’t receive an order number. I ordered it on 1020 as far as I know it hasn’t shipped on 1022. I’ve paid $30 for shipping to do business with a small business instead of Amazon but now I’m regretting it because my items haven’t shipped. I don’t have my order number the website, clunky And I’ve paid $30 dollars in shipping and it hasn’t even shipped so at this point I wanna cancel my order. And I would appreciate a response to this review

TERRIBLE SERVICE! I RECEVED THE WRONG ITEMS FOR THE SECOND TIME AND WHEN WE ASKED TO SEND BACK THE ITEMS THEY TOLD US THAT WE HAD TO PAY THE COST OF THE SHIPPING AND THEY DIDN’T REFUND. SO IN THE END AMERICAN EXPRESS REFUNDED US! SO SHAME THIS COMPANY WE WILL NEVER BUY AGAIN!
