Just tried to buy a Miyabi Birchwood Chef's knife. Nice knife. Lousy, very very lousy company selling a nice knife. Refuses to help when UPS screws up, and UPS apparently steals/loses the knife. All the company did was tell me to go have a nice day. Why didn't they just give me the "finger" instead?? Don't be fooled by the coupon, or any coupon. It's just to rope you into their store, so they can screw you too. Too bad. It would have been nice to do business with them. Oh well.

Never received the product how can I rate this piss poor service

Only half of the order arrived.

Poor communication. No idea when my order will ship.

The website claims to have parts in stock when they aren't available, and no one bothered to tell me. Still, they charged me and, after hearing nothing for a week, I had to request a refund (which, to their credit, they promptly did). This company is not proactive with customers and doesn't keep them properly informed.

I placed my order on 12/01/25, received notification that it shipped the same day. However when I check the tracking #, it says the order cannot be traced until the shipper (UPS) receives the package and it says a label is being created. What is the holdup? For the price I paid and the shipping, I expect much better service.

Delivery guy left two bath tubs in the driveway-I spoke with him while he was en route and reminded/confirmed that he was going to put them inside.

The website shows the product is compatible to my old model, but when I received the product I found the dimension of the drain opening was bigger than mine. I showed the pictures to the customer service but I was told to return the product and had to my the returning shipping in order to get my purchasing price refind minus the original shipping.
