The whole team at Rivanna is incredibly responsive and helpful all the way through the process, from selection to design to delivery. We have worked with the company for several years and so appreciate the attention to detail, the new and exciting options and the sustainability focus. Beautiful pieces and great customer service

We order plaques from Rivanna every year for an event. We have always had a great experience, excellent service, and quick turnaround time. Highly recommend!

Rivanna produced beautiful pieces for a long-time outgoing board member and outgoing CEO. They were collaborative, responsive and worked well within tight timelines. The recipients LOVE them, and though the pieces are not unique, they feel incredibly special. I would recommend Rivanna to anyone looking to produce beautiful and special mementos.

I love this company and their work is excellent!

The staff at Rivanna was great helping us get what was needed, they were knowledgeable, extremely helpful and efficient in getting it done! Thanks

I found Rivanna Natural Designs on a google search for a unique arbor award plaque. I received the plaque 10 days after the order date, all before Christmas! The plaque is beautiful and exceeded my expectations! The responsiveness of the staff of Rivanna with whom I worked was exceptional and I still can't believe I received my plaque so quickly! Thank you all so much and I will highly recommend Rivanna Natural Designs!

This is the second year we've ordered from Rivanna Designs, and we continue to be wildly impressed. Their team goes above and beyond to meet our needs, and their customer service far exceeds expectations! Not to mention, their mission is all about doing good in the world. Can't recommend this company enough, and we will hopefully be ordering from them for many, many years to come!
