You made the ordering and customization process very simple. On top of it, our order was delivered in advance of the promised date! We ordered from you because of your B Corp certification, knowing that you have similar goals and values.

Plaques are beautiful and arrived on time. Email communication was a little slow, but staff are very responsive and worked with me to get the plaques delivered to an alternative address.

The blue on the edging looked turquoise and would have matched our logo, but it ended up being a different shade. The box that the awards were delivered in was destroyed, but the products were not damaged, thankfully!

Awards are stunning as usual, I’m a bit bummed the writing was too small on one. I asked about the sizing, but approved the proof though, so in the end it’s my fault.
