Easy to work with and quick turn around!

Rivanna was a pleasure to work with, being patient and timely with my requests.

We have been customers of Rivanna for several years now and we will be back again next year! Gretchen Wirth has been a huge help with coordinating our order and providing additional information on plaque material sustainability attributes in order to best meet our purchasing requirements. We have had some hiccups with the design team in the past, but this years order went extremely smoothly, accurately, and efficiently. the plaques are exactly as expected and look great!

Easy process, very responsive. Beautiful glass piece.

I ordered glass vase awards to recognize the efforts of my team members. The awards not only arrived promptly for our event but were also incredibly stunning. The award recipients were thoroughly impressed by the beauty of the glass vases, and their presentation added a special touch to our event. I am also truly grateful for the efficiency of the Rivanna team in ensuring the timely delivery of the awards. The quality surpassed our expectations, and I will hopefully place future orders with this company.

Outstanding and fast service! Beautiful product.

The customer service and concern for the satisfaction of their customers is exceptional. The quality and beauty of their hand crafted glass designs are also extraordinary.

The products are beautiful and the service was outstanding!
