Just to reassure you, the dark color you noticed can happen if the oil blend comes into contact with the dry ingredients inside the capsule, which can cause a darkening effect. This doesn’t mean the vitamins are expired or unsafe, and it doesn’t impact quality or effectiveness. All Ritual products are subscription-based, and this information is clearly disclosed in multiple places before an order is placed. On the product page, you’ll see “Delivered monthly” directly above the price, and at checkout, it states “Subscriptions Ship Free” before you continue. There’s also a required checkbox that confirms some items will automatically renew as a subscription until canceled, including the billing amount and cadence. Additionally, a reminder is provided that you can customize or cancel anytime through your account. That said, you should always receive support when you need it, and we’re sorry if your emails haven’t been answered, as that’s not the experience we want for you.
