Missing items out of box we don't have half of the pieces

What when wrong was that the order was purchased at full price when the option was chosen by me to was to get it in a payment option. So I was charged the full amount for my purchase

I received leg extension machine and it was used. Parts were opened and place in a bag. Instruction manual had been written and said it was returned due to broken bearings. Seat pad was torn. I have sent an email and pictures to ritfitsupport.com and have received no response

We purchased a complete home gym with power cage, weight bench and plates for Christmas gift. Upon set up, we discovered that a pulley was completely broken. We reached out to the company right away, but being that it was Christmas, we did expect a delay in reply. To our surprise, they did reach back quickly, but instead of sending a new part, they are treating us as if WE are trying to scam them. I have the original request for replacement. They requested pictures of the broken part. I sent them. They asked for the order number, I sent it. No response. I called, they said the person who got the emails had to review them. This is going on day three and I just want a replacement part. In addition, the welding isn’t that great but that is a concern for another day. If I ever get a replacement part, I will consider writing a rescue of the actual equipment but for now, BUYER BEWARE! Update: replacement part was sent but then as we continued to assembled the equipment, two additional pieces were broken or missing so we are weeks into this without having a functional product

Buyers beware!! I ordered my items and still have not received them all a month later. The shipping companies they use are low-budget and I got the excuse twice that they cannot deliver to my address because they do not have any drivers. This should tell you the quality of this company already. I am close to a very large city so they do not have any excuse for this. When I emailed customer service they don't care and just tell me the same thing that the shipping company tells me. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Customer service is non-existent!! Not a bad product but if anything is wrong with your order or you need to return. Your out of luck
