RITFIT SportsReviews of ritfitsports.com

My order was a full PCC03 gym. after only recieveing the plates, barbell, and bench, my order was put as complete. I am missing the entire gym minus one box that had the bolts and attachments. And the shipping tracking numbers come up as unknown, and fedex system and call support say they never even received the packages from the seller. really disappointed and feel scammed. Will not be recommending to anyone and If you're looking for a home gym I suggest going to Rogue or another bigger more trusted seller. RitFit steals your money and only sends half half your orders.

the products came in rusted. the boxes were damaged. some of the parts did not fit on the machine.

I have had the worst experience with this company unfortunately, I received my first half of my equipment fast but the second package was delayed about 12 days, when I received the package it was completely dismantled and damaged, looked as if the package fell off the FedEx truck. Contacted Ritfit and after a couple days of conversation I was prepared another shipment, and the correct equipment as the equipment that was sent was also incorrect. I got the new tracking numbers and got the first half of my equipment again relatively fast, but then the second package is now missing again and I checked on the tracking number and the package has been canceled. So now I have 2 sets of equipment with only half the parts.

Missing some pieces emailed them and not getting a quick response back so can use it till they figure it out and send what I need

I had trouble with the assembly of my equipment and reached out to your company by email weeks ago with no reply. Thankfully I figured out the issue, but would have been screwed if I was actually missing a part (as I thought was the issue). I was shocked to know that I could spend that much on equipment and then not have access to address a possible assembly issue. As for the equipment, I could not be happier. But the service after the sale has much to be desired.

Horrible customer service. Faulty equipment

Do not buy this product, I didn’t loose no even one pound, no compren este producto no funciona ni para rebajar una libra. Lo use por un mes y no rebaje nada.

Never received my entire order and I was told that despite t that the order was supposed to be here last Thursday I now need to wait 24 more hrs for them to even reship! The package never even left their facility according to fedex but it appears the customer service is outsourced somewhere outside of the US so it’s a joke! So upset and my husbands birthday is ruined!
