WE ARE SO HAPPY ABOUT THIS PURCHASE!! I was definitely one of the people who read the reviews before purchasing, so hopefully this helps someone like me! SHIPPING: Our rack arrived super fast. There was only 1 tracking number provided, but many different boxes that arrived at different times. We figured it’s because we purchased a quantity of 1 rack, so that was no big deal. It was a fun surprise to come home to the packages. Boxes are super heavy so be prepared! ASSEMBLY: Pretty straight forward here! The parts come arranged based on what you need for each step (genius idea by the way) and it’s super easy to figure out. All parts look like super great quality! We ended up missing a pulley, and customer service had it handled, with a replacement on the way, that same week. **check your spam when emailing because their emails went to spam for me** We haven’t had the chance to use it yet, but we are so excited to start! Highly recommend this company and their products!!

Positive Resolution and Renewed Confidence
I previously had some issues with my order, but RitFit made things right and ensured I was taken care of. Their customer service worked with me until we reached a fair resolution, and I truly appreciate the effort. I now look forward to hopefully seeing even better from them in the future and have faith they will continue to take care of their customers.
