The were problems with defects in the main frame of the AT02A I ordered. I really wanted the AT02A for my home gym, so Ritfit immediately shipped me a new one without defects and made it right. I got the replacement in 2 days. The quick second effort to fix my problems earned back my trust. Defects in manufacturing happen and a lot of fitness companies that I have delt with will send you going in circles waiting in support queues for days and sometimes weeks. Ritfit fixed the problem immediately.

Update to my previous review. I can’t give a five start to the deliver and packing but customer service gets ten out of five. My entire home gym is RipFit and has no issues went it comes to quality and customer service. They promptly answer emails and want to always help the customer. Definitely getting more equipment from them just hope for the delivery service not to ruin their great equipment and reputation.

Customer service is absolutely wonderful. They're prompt with their responses and resolutions. I purchased the PC03 Power Cage, and it is finally together and working very smoothly. However, the bar (the portion that you can choose the color of) was welded slightly crooked which made me had to build this out of order. This made building the frame an absolute pain. The cables were a smooth install for me. Overall I'm happy with my purchase.

Update to previous review. I can’t give a five-star rating for delivery and packing because the boxes arrived visibly dented and torn, with some contents shifted in the packaging. The handling by the delivery service was poor, which affected my experience. However, customer service gets ten out of five. I plan to get more equipment from them, just hope future deliveries don’t ruin their equipment and reputation.

Seems to be a good product with a good price. Install instructions are fairly good but be prepared for a lengthy install. Shipping is where my negative comes in. Boxes are extremely heavy which I get but because of that they were damaged making it even harder to carry. Several items got scuffed up and bent slightly so I had to straighten some to install.

Have had an M1 Pro for about a month and love it so far! Have had a couple of hiccups on the website but customer service has been great!
