The movers were great

I was lucky enough to have Serena handle my booking. SHE WAS AMAZING!! I haven't moved in years and she made it so easy and helped me through the entire process. I used a groupon and she took care of that and supplied me with an invoice and broke down the entire cost. They use an independent contract for my move called 911 Moving and delivery and they were exceptional. Removed my items, placed blankets to protect my items from being scratched or damaged. They dissambled and reassemble all my items placed them where I asked, moved them if I wasn't satisfied. Just the best overall move, better than what i could of asked for. Best deal for the price.

We had an unexpected need to move some furniture. We called RIO and they were able to get us on the schedule ASAP and completed the move on time and everyone was very helpful and friendly. They treated our furniture with great care and ensured that it would not be damaged. They unloaded the furniture and placed it right where we wanted. No scratches,no dings, arrived in perfect shape.
