Had a seamless purchase experience with Ring Premier. Would highly recommend!

After my package was PAUSE mishandled/delivered to wrong address as confirmed by FedEx. The following was sent to me by Stacy from Ring Premier "Dear Joseph, Hi Joseph, I’m following up regarding your missing package - 56×××××××. Our claims team is currently investigating the delivery, and they need a few additional details from you: Have you checked around your property, including with neighbours or tenants, to see if the package was left there? Do you have any CCTV footage from August 29 between 9:30 AM and 10:00 AM showing whether FedEx delivered the package? Were you home when the package was marked as delivered? If not, do you know where you were at that time? Please share any information you have so we can provide it to the claims team and move forward with the investigation. Thank you, Stacy My reponse: " I don't snoop onto neighbors property that's can be serious issues. As for camera my cameras watch MY property so I would not have footage of a delivery that could have been delivered anywhere at anytime. As to where or what I was doing at the time a package I paid for to be delivered to my home is of no concern and quite frankly evasive and rude to even ask.  Please process my refund I will NEVER do any business with your company again. Thanks Stacy."

Surprisingly, one of the best customer services I have ever experienced. I purchased 3ctw diamond studs and did not realize that I prefer a 3-prong vs a 4-prong so it can sit closer to my ear. Customer service was excellent in refunding the first pair with zero issues and getting a new pair to me, which I love. I loved it so much I also purchased a small diamond necklace from them.

Customer service is horrible. I placed an order that said it would be delivered before mothers day. It didnt and came three weeks later. I contacted them 5 to 6 times before it was shipped out. When i asked to return the item they sent me a label with wrong zip code. I had to contact them to fix it. It took two weeks to get there from nj to ny. I am still waiting for my refund. All the answers tbey give you are just bs. Stay away. In tne process of reporting them to amex as a scam

I ordered an engagement ring ( The Hudson Pavé engagement ring ) ordered in February came in end of March quick shipping in my opinion for an engagement ring. I proposed today to my girlfriend now fiancé and she loves the ring! Absolutely loves the ring!!If the sun catches it right it will kinda blind you a little bit lol . Will she her wedding bands on ring premier. Also will buy diamond earrings for our one year anniversary of dating ! Will be a returning customer for sure!!!! Instead of 5 stars , 10 stars!!!!!!

Amazing price for stunning diamonds. I looked at lab created stones for price and an ethical way to purchase diamonds; Ring Premier nailed both. 2ct ttw studs for a fancy event and they are exquisite. Stacy in the office was super helpful when I had questions about the timeline as the event was coming up and she helped answer my questions and ensured the earrings arrived in time. Will definitely order again!!

I found this company through an Instagram Ad. I placed an order in November for a necklace, but I didn't receive it until February. There were a few mishaps with communication, but, their team always responded to me and went above and beyond to fix the issue and apologized. I was so impressed with how they handled the situation that I ended up purchasing a set of diamond studs to match the necklace. This is a brand that I would support over and over again. Their shipping is the fastest I've seen, they always communicate when you reach out to them, and the product and packaging are top of the line. I also love that the company is female-founded. Before I placed my order with them, I saw mixed reviews online, which made me hesitate to purchase from a company that I had no experience with. However, a couple of months and purchases later, I am very happy that I decided to order from them and will be a repeat customer. A special thank you to Vicky for her help!
