Disappointed with these guys
Disappointed with these guys. I guess I wanted it to work because I see that the owner is from my hometown and part of a successful Fortune 500 family. Doesn’t seem the same standards apply here. Kind of snotty customer service reps, which looks bad already. Ordered a piece which is supposed to have a three to five day turn around; six days later no notices. Checked in on status and was casually informed that production was behind and it would be delivered three weeks or so later. Just no. I don’t support this kind of poor treatment of clients. I’ve seen that they’ve had less than stellar reviews on quality, customer service as well as returns. Forget that.
