They suppress and delete any negative comments from their site and google. Terrible company, quality has gone waayy down, and customer service is none existent...stay away.

Terrible customer service and I don’t even believe their 3 year warranty actually exists. When I inquired I sent a photo of my rings defect and they didn’t even ask me a SINGLE question about my ring yet immediately said it was wear and tear and there was nothing they could do. $700 down the drain!!!!!

My fiancée and I have been loyal Ring Concierge customers for years and recently decided to purchase her wedding ring through RC. The ring took a long time to deliver and because of that we were not able to try on the ring until after the 30 day return window had passed. According to the policy we are ordinarily able to return or exchange this product but because of the delay we are being denied the ability to do so. This is not a custom item and we have not worn it or removed the tags that came on it. I have had many conversations with Ring Concierge's customer service team who has said they are unable to help us here so now we are stuck with a $3,000 ring that does not fit. So please beware before purchasing from Ring Concierge because they are not the same company that they used to be, their customer service is non-existent now and you may be left stuck with something that you cannot return. Ring Concierge, if you decide to change your policy and are able to help me, please get in touch and I will happily update my review here to let everyone know that you were able to resolve it. Disappointed with these guys. I guess I wanted it to work because I see that the owner is from my hometown and part of a successful Fortune 500 family. Doesn’t seem the same standards apply here. Kind of snotty customer service reps, which looks bad already. Ordered a piece which is supposed to have a three to five day turn around; six days later no notices. Checked in on status and was casually informed that production was behind and it would be delivered three weeks or so later. Just no. I don’t support this kind of poor treatment of clients. I’ve seen that they’ve had less than stellar reviews on quality, customer service as well as returns. Forget that.

I’ve purchased multiple jewelry pieces through my ring concierge (many rings, earrings, bracelets), and every single experience has been outstanding. From sourcing exceptional pieces to guiding me through each purchase with knowledge and care, the service has been consistently professional, personalized, and trustworthy. Every item has exceeded expectations in quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship. What truly sets my ring concierge apart is the attention to detail and genuine commitment to finding exactly what you’re looking for. After buying many pieces, I can confidently say this is a concierge service I trust completely and highly recommend. Title: Exceptional Service & Trusted Luxury.

Quality control issues are severe. Gemstones fall out within the warranty return period, and they claim it is due to wear and tear or rough use, even when the item is brand new.

I have purchased several pieces from Ring Concierge, including an engagement ring on their Whisper Thin band. Their service has been personal and excellent, and the quality is very good.
