Reply to Right Line Trading

Their policy is that if you sign up for any trial or service, you have to keep track of end dates. Otherwise you will be charged the full amount. They then flood your email account with so many emails that you don't notice (if they send any) any warnings. Additionally, I didn't care for their material. In response: while I appreciate the effort to address my concerns and a sincere sounding apology, I have yet to receive the mentioned refund. As such, nothing has changed. In a business where trust is a major part of the interactions between parties, the value of my experience continues to dwindle. I guess I'll mark this one up to 'a lesson learned'. Gotta hand it to them though. They're still trying to sell me more. 10/28 Update Rory at Right Line has followed through on his promise. I appreciate the effort, and I will unblock emails from Right Line Trading. I will consider their future offers as they have demonstrated good will and patience in their dealings with me.

Hi Daniel. You had signed up for our live trading room trial which allows you 14 days (for a nominal fee of $17) to check out our trading systems perform on a live market. As per the terms of service, that you had agreed to at check-out, the subscription automatically bills you for the monthly fee if you decide not to cancel the subscription within those 14 days. This was the case in your situation, as you had not canceled prior to your 14 day trial ending. We have went ahead and refunded your subscription fee, since you were unclear about the terms of service. Nobody likes to be billed without their knowledge and we respect that. With all of the gimmick marketers in this niche we are proud to offer our prospective clients and opportunity to see our products being traded in a live market prior to purchasing our trading systems. The transparency and training that our team of traders provide is with one goal, to provide you with an edge in determining the future direction of price on any financial market to create consistently profitable results.
