First, to clarify — the AI Auto Trader is a fully automated system, designed to execute trades without manual intervention. While users may personalize certain settings, the software does not require manual trading to function. Our records show that we worked closely with you following your purchase: ✅ We assisted with your installation in October 2024. ✅ We held multiple support sessions in October and November, and one more in December. ✅ You scheduled another session in January, which was later cancelled. ✅ Throughout this time, you also had access to weekly training sessions and daily live trading sessions on YouTube, available to all members at no additional cost. We did not receive any indication from you that you were experiencing ongoing issues after these sessions. Nearly two years passed without further communication, so this review was the first time we became aware that you felt dissatisfied. Additionally, our tech support team remains available to help with installations and system questions, while our training team covers strategy and platform use. We also reached out to you recently to offer an exchange of your purchase for any of our other products or services, in hopes of finding a solution that better meets your needs. This review was left by an individual who has never used our AI Auto Trader and is not a Right Line Trading client. The claims made are based on a fundamental misunderstanding of our trading strategy and do not accurately reflect the success of our AI Bots or the experience of our actual members. All of our AI Bots run in simulation mode (SIM) to allow traders to assess their performance in real time. We carefully monitor the leaderboard, which ranks all bots based on live performance. The bots that perform the best in the current session are the ones we consider for live trading. Right Line Trading is the most transparent vendor of automated Bots in the industry, and we are proud to wear that crown. HI Pierre. I am very sorry to hear that your experience with RLT was not a positive one. We did some research on your case to see how we can make improvements. We did find that you had placed your order on April 8th for the 2 services, and canceled both subscriptions on April 14th. So, you were sent the first trade and then once you canceled you were taken out of the mailing list. Regarding the phone, we have changed our daily routine to clear all voicemail on a daily basis so this does not happen again in the future. We have refunded you the $49 that you paid for the trial. Also, we would like to provide you with a free 30 day trial so you can give the service a try. We do hope that you will consider giving the service a second try and writing a follow-up to this review. Hi Dean, We have no record of you taking a trial in our live trading room. In accordance with our company's policy of full transparency, all RLT Live Trading Rooms have a PNL projected of all trades taken. This review does not accurately describe our service. The live trading rooms are all run by professionals who work very hard to provide a valuable service to our members. The only fraud that you will find is this review by Dr. Dean Handley.

Hi Aaron. Thank you for giving our service a try. The financial markets, at times, can be a real challenge. I know Craig is normally a very profitable, consistent trader, but like all traders, he does have some losing days. We wish you much success in your trading career.
