UPDATE: 8/30 After A LOT of messages, I was shipped a new pair and the are super cute. (The original pair is still sitting in a shipping warehouse.) The shoes seem very sturdy and my pup took to them right away. (She has been wearing shoes for a few years now, so that makes it a little easier.) The style is great because they do not rub her dew claws. I am even thinking of getting a matching pair of Nike's. Original Review: 7/28 I was sooo excited to get these shoes for my dog, but they have my money and I don’t have any shoes. I ordered these on July 16th. According to the website shipping was 3-5 business days and they charged for shipping. They didn’t process my order till the 29th. Now, it’s Aug 9th and I still don’t have the shoes. On top of that, customer service hasn’t done anything to help and in fact has stopped answering my emails. My dog’s shoes have been sitting at a partner warehouse since Aug 1st according to tracking. They used a 3rd party to ship instead of just using USPS, so the shoes have been sitting in a warehouse for over a week waiting to be picked up by USPS. It’s incredibly disappointing and frustrating. Customer service told me to keep waiting and then stopped responding to my emails.
