Continuation from review left 15/06/23. After ringing for initial refund and being asked to email which I did, I have received the item I originally ordered today (but ordered and received from another company so not needed). Rang and asked why to be told they didn’t get my email and asked which email I sent to to be told it was incorrect. After the call I double checked and it was the correct email I sent to. Absolutely useless company!! Wasting my time and money. I would not use just on principle!

I was after a HW97 in a walnut thumbhole stock,Rifleman were offering the best price in the U.K by a massive margin so i phoned,asked if the gun was still available and in stock. Rifleman confirmed it was so i drove the 60 odd miles to collect my eagerly awaited new rifle,when i got there they said sorry but there was a mix up and the gun in question was a laminate stocked version,they didnt have a Walnut. 3 years on and ive seen a lovely AA S400 Superlite advertised by them,brand new for £480,i emailed twice then after no response phoned. I asked again if the said gun was available as it was underpriced by at least £150,i was told that Guntrader had relisted previously sold guns and that they in their own words had suffered "A Brain Fart"!! The gun is still listed as i write,draw your own conclusions,me i wouldnt bother as i received no apology and they didnt appear concerned how it reflected on them.

Terrible service, I will not use this company again. My order took over 2 weeks to be dispatched, no response to 3 emails asking when it would be dispatched. I was told items would dispatch and be with me following day, they arrived 4 days later. Company tried to blame Royal Mail strikes but these had no affect on other orders from other companies, besides a 1 or 2 delay at most. My order simply wasn't looked at for 2 weeks until I telephoned. Final kicker - half the items not in stock despite being shown in stock on their website. AVOID! Ordered 28/08/22 Dispatched 08/09/22 Received 13/09/22

Well they answered the phone. Never called back this or last time. When I was in the shop I Was just ignored"...... Try somewhere else.

i have used Riflemans Firearms for the last 4 years since i got back into shooting i use use both the ranges 3 times a week spending at least4 hours shooting also i have bought 7 rifle's from the shop every time first class service also the optic's to go with the rifle's and ammo Ben is top man for all things air rifles Matt Ryan and Mark are all first class the know how they have is top rated and if there isant something you want what not in the shop they will find it for you or find a way to solve a problem. buy with confidence and test out on the range's
