Ordered a new rifle through Rifleman Firearms and collected it yesterday. They couldn't have been more helpful with the purchase, taking care of the formalities and setting it up for me. They even gave me an hour on the range at their expense. I'm very impressed with the guys and the set-up they have.

On holiday thought I’d take a look in rifleman firearms and gun range. Received excellent customer service got made a nice cup of tea Jamie served me talked me all through my options. Chose what I wanted. He then talked me all through it how it works and took me over the range zeroed in my sights gave me free time on the range. It was a real pleasure to buy from these people. Excellent personal service as well as being a good laugh. I was even given a free goodie bag for St George’s Day. I can’t recommend rifleman firearms any higher 10 out of 10 for customer service

Huge thanks to all the guys in the shop. Fantastic advice and help with new rifle purchase and good optics match. The one slight problem with the scope mount was quickly put right. Very friendly, very professional service.

Rang then went to sell my guns as won’t be shooting again. They explained about lead shot laws that may be coming in, etc and offered me nothing at all, saying they would pay for the disposal of 3 guns. I went ahead as believed them only to find the next day the guns are for sale on their website. Disgusted, never to be trusted. Do not entertain dealing with them
