Good customer service
It took a bit longer than expected for them to ship my items from the warehouse, but they were prompt in answering my phone calls about the issue. From there, everything was great. Both items arrived and were correct.

Outstanding customer service and support. I reached out due to incorrect shipping address in the payment app and the customer service representative corrected the shipping label before the order shipped. Awesome to know they are committed to their customers.

I was pleasantly surprised at the good experience I had shopping at their online store for the first time. They had the best prices and more selections than the other stores and the shoes I received were carefully packaged and in perfect new condition. I definitely will shop at their online store again in the future.
