Best hats and fast delivery. Thank you

Ridge and River company on my 1st order of a Gregory Nano 3L waist pack sent me a mini waist pack in error. After I submitted a photo the staff member verified the mistake and said he would send correct item ASAP. 10 days later no product received. I emailed company again and Jenna (a different staff member)acknowledged situation and request and had correct product sent within 10 days. This time (received 9/26) I ordered Osprey Savu 5L waist pack and correct product was delivered in timely manner.

Great first experience with our first order. Everything shipped the next day and we had it within a few days. Exactly what we needed and will be ordering again!
