So my experience has been good so far but my booking isn’t until July. It’s a long-distance booking and I had contacted local taxi companies so I knew what the rate could be. The rate ‘trip’ quoted is much lower. They have already assigned it to a taxi company and I have been in contact with that company directly and I’m very happy with the communication so far, will update after the ride actually takes place

Ive used them twice now for long trips. Kent to Cornwall and Wales to Cornwall. The latter was a late night instant book for a daughter. Superb both times. Good comms, good tracking, turned up on time, price very good for each journey. The first journey I had to change the date, and the operator sorted it. Happy customer.
