The actual joining process was smooth. Terms were quick and easy to understand for the most part. Loop understands its customer base and caters to them well. My big issue was that they don’t save quotes. I got a quote from Loop a few hours before I bonded it and when I came back, the price had jumped up more than $100. There was no explanation as to why, and nothing I did could bring the price back down. I became a customer nonetheless but I find it odd still that they don’t save quotes and that the price of a quote can fluctuate within hours of viewing it. Here’s to hoping the rest of my journey with Loop will be as straightforward as the sign-up process.

This company is shady, there is no working phone number to speak with an agent and the policy does not state the deductible! Only way to communicate is by email which is a slow response time!
