This company is shady, there is no working phone number to speak with an agent and the policy does not state the deductible! Only way to communicate is by email which is a slow response time!

I have sent too many emails about a policy I paid on Dec 2 2025 where's my policy!!!!!

It appears as though loop has quietly just quit. Their website won't load. The app won't allow you to log in. Social media accounts are full of customers begging for help with no response from staff. Emails are not responded to. I don't know if it's a technical issue but I'm unable to pay my bill. They did not have a phone number so it appears the company has gone under though I can find nothing online stating so.

EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TO DO BUSINESS WITH!! This company is really hard to do business with once you buy a policy from them then there are nowhere to be found. Their customer service support is extremely poor. I have called in multiple times several days in a row then never answered they always have a voicemail and an answering machine. You can only send an email through the app and wait 3 to 5 days to hear back but there’s never an actual person to talk to so whatever you do DONT do business with them. They do not value your business and they will not take care of you and they will provide you with the worst customer service ever!
