RicmotechReviews of ricmotech.com

This company is second to none in customer service. They really can’t be beat

Ricmotech were great to deal with even though I had a long wait to for my purchase to Western Australia during Covid 19 The experience was flawless. The tactile sequential mod plate for Thrustmaster TH8a shifter works and sounds so immersive, Extremely Happy sim racer. I will continue to purchase from Ricmotech.

Got my order very fast, and it works amazing! I’m very happy with it, and I will be ordering More mods for my T300 soon.

Still did not receive my pedal order... It doesn't matter, with COVID-19 it is really expected to have delays. But at least the customer support is just on top of it... I really enjoy interacting with this company, they will see more order from me... that's a given. Thanks for the great customer obsession guys I really appreciate it.

Good for heel and toe

Shipping was great. Had a problem with my perfect pedal... but Ricomotech gave me the time of day regarding my purchase. They are SLAMMED in this craziness. Maybe we can figure out what the problem is later on... but Ricmotech is awesome.

Item exactly as advertised and fast shipping. I've shopped with ricmotech several times and have had only good experiences

the part works great on my t150 wheel I used the two bolts into the stand and also used my clamp to the stand and the wheel stays in place even at the highest force feedback levels thanks for a great product
