Bien reçu et très content de sa qualité

Received my order very quickly, only draw back was the customs charge that I had to pay, which was a bit frustrating given the relative minor cost of the product.

I would love to give 5 ☆ but it was a gift and he is still on the fence with it.

I was having a bit of delivery delay, It took them 2 weeks for the products to be shipped out when the webpage said 1-2 business days, but Ricmotech staffs have shown excellent quality by providing speedy responses and have helped me track my order. The product I received is worth the wait.

Parts were quickly delivered. Fit was great. Instructions were great. Also there is a lot of videos on Youtube that show you how to accomplish the job quickly. The videos are Great. My only gripe was that the paddles I purchased needed to be deburred. There was sharp metal flash on the business end where my hands would be. Its an obvious oversight. For what the product is and what it costs, I expected this to have been done. I took sandpaper to mine and fixed them. A small thing but I feel a machine shop should not let this go. I will still buy from them as I feel the product is otherwise PERFECT. Maico
