Great customer experience
Julio provides great customer service each and every time I take my car in for service. He is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. In addition, I never have to wait long as the Honda team works quickly and diligently to get my car in and out of the shop.

Julio Deserves a Raiseb
Julio was immediately there to take my car and give me the best service I could have asked for. Explained my options at this visit and returned my civic as quickly as he promised.

Alberto Verne is #1. Very professional, excellent customer service. Finance manager Howard Moss was also excellent. They took their time explaining things to me and never pressured me. I will recommend Rick Case Honda to everyone looking to buy a car. Thank you Alberto and Howard for a great experience.

Great Customer Service
My service advisor Walter was the best. My car was towed into dealership and he called to let me know it had arrived. He kept calling with status of repair. He was courteous, efficient and polite.
