Very happy customers with a New 2020 Tiguan!
Franklin was great, especially in keeping in touch with us after our first visit! He was able to get us out a second time and that's where we closed the deal on an amazing Tiguan. Also, thank you to Javier who was great to chat with. Will certainly be coming back to Franklin in a couple months when my other lease is up!

Over the top service
I had never had such an amazing experience with a honda staff member before. Edwin in express service has been a great help towards my vehicle needs! He was very easy to reach on the phone and always responded in a quick and nicely manner. He took care of my issues right away and always followed up to make sure everything was ok with my vehicle. If I could give him more than a 5 star rating I would! His service was over the top amazing!

From the salesman, Kevin, to the financing staff very straight forward no hard sales outdated ways, just friendly helpful staff. Kevin was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant to do business with. Will recommended to anyone looking to buy a car Great experience

The best place to get your vehicle!
I had the best experience at Rick Case Honda. This was my very first time purchasing a car from a dealership and my experience was wonderful thanks to my sales consultant Eric Sanchez. Eric was very patient and very detail oriented. Made the process super easy, less stressful and I walked away with my 2018 Honda Accord!
