I went to Rick Case Honda for service…
I went to Rick Case Honda for service this week and was very pleased. Tony assisted me as a walk in and looked through my history to get a thorough understanding before suggesting maintenance. Price was fair and car was ready quickly, for someone that was dropping off. I'm sure it would've been faster if I were to wait. They also disinfected the inside and outside prior to taking it into the back. Also used the free car wash.

Great service
I did not have an appointment. Turned down car window & it wouldnt go back up. I appreciated the realistic wait time i was quoted. Window is fixed & as usual the atmosphere is pleasant. I have 1 concern Many of your employees walking round inside were not wearing face masks. Why not? As a customer, i wore mine. That was unsettling. And i cant believe I am the only customer who has observed this and is concerned.
