The experience from start to finish was great! Our salesman Mr. Gatta provided superior service. I called him the day before made an appointment told him what I wanted and he did the necessary research to have the vehicle that type of vehicle we wanted with the package that would work for us. Finance was also great Vicente had all the approval and paperwork ready by the time we fot back from lunch.

It’s wonderful Rick Case Volkswagen provides service at the comfort of your home. Under these circumstances I don’t feel comfortable leaving home nor being inside a business. They arrived wearing protection gear and kept a distance. Not only did they text to notify me of the recent recall on my Atlas. They serviced it the same day in just a couple of hours. Efficient, punctual, trustworthy, and great customer service !
