I worked with José on the purchase of a 2016 Jetta for my daughter. I first want to say that José has been great to work with! In fact everyone I have dealt with there at Rick Case, including Hugo in the service department, has helped to make a tough situation better! Our situation is a little different (at least for me). I have been working with your team strictly over the phone from Colorado. My daughter goes to school at Nova Southeastern University, and while she was down there for a one week trip to help coach a volleyball camp, our car gave her trouble to the point of needing a new engine. The car was only worth half of what it would cost for a new engine, so we looked at purchasing another preowned vehicle. Your team has made what has otherwise been a stressful situation a little bit easier through great customer service and communication during this long distance vehicle purchase!! Thank you!!
