My Service Rep Frank was fantastic and extremely patient and helpful with all my needs. Not a 100% happy with Honda right now with all of the back and forth they have me doing with my issue, but Frank and his Boss Mark were great.

I spoke to Juan via text and scheduled an appointment with Wayne Man Gue who had sold me my previous vehicle in 2018. That 2018 experience was excellent, and this one on 8/27/20 was even better! I was greeted right away and Wayne came to help me immediately. We went over what vehicle I wanted and we went for the test drive. The Tiguan R-Line drove great and Wayne was very knowledgeable about its features. The sale itself was quick, we went back and forth a few times with the monthly payment but I was very happy with the end result. I really want to thank Wayne and Rachel for staying until almost 10pm to get me into this great vehicle. Rick Case VW in Weston can’t be beat! I will definitely return, and recommend to my friends.

I hate car dealerships. Stumbled upon them after another dealership jacked on a $3,400 warranty they said was included. The price was best in all of Florida, called them drove the car signed paperwork and was out in 1.5 hours. 10/10 recommend
