Great experience. Service was completed in a timely manner - as promised. Alejandro C assistance service manager - was friendly, he explained service needed in a simple manner and without rushing or forcing me to make a decision. Very costumer service oriented.

The team was outstanding and patient as we made a selection for our daughters first vehicle. Salem was great and accommodating to our needs as we needed a vehicle with some safety features.

I had a wonderful experience servicing my Audi. I was greeted when I pulled up and Patrick did a fabulous job as my service representative. They even noticed I had a recall and said they would take care of it as well. The video of the technician reviewing what was done on my vehicle, actually showing me as if I was there, is an awesome feature!! They returned my car clean and all of my settings returned to the way I had them when I arrived. I was impressed with the level of service and the fact that they were so courteous. Means a lot as a customer.

Marcos worked on days on end to help me when I was in a jam due to a tree destroying my previous car. My credit needed work and he helped me and my girlfriend buy car when many dealers wouldn’t. go to Rick case Volkswagen and ask for Marcos you will not regret it. All the staff and Managers are great.

After informing the dealership that I’ll be late for my appointment due to traffic, I was politely accommodated by the service team members and was seen. Upon learning that there was a nail on my tire, the very kind and informative gentleman (Moe Diaz was on his name tag) showed me the problem and what options there are to fix it. These guys go above and beyond to help their customers. Thank you to the service members at the dealership that helped me throughout my experience, and a very special thank you to Mr. Diaz for going out of his way to help a customer.
