Always a great experience. The staff cordially greets me. Service is performed as stated in the time frame promised. I like the video of the service performed narrated by the service technician. Well done. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs their Audi serviced. This is the second Audi I've bought and had serviced through Rick Case Audi( Audi Gwinnett). I'll purchase our next one from them.
