Technician and quick service

The customer service person was quite knowledgeable and was very interested in resolving the issue ASAP.

Gaby was incredibly helpful and provided us great service. She was a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend her. Jennifer was so helpful with follow up keeping us informed of status of the repair. Thank you both so much!! The quality of the work was great!!!

We researched online first, and with the help of Janet Rivera, who took the time to explain certain details via email, we asked her to schedule an appointment. Once we got to Rick Case, the salesman, Adam Erdmann, was very patient and helpful. Finally, the Finance individual, Darío, was very kind. We particularly liked that at no point we were pressured into paying more or buying a more expensive vehicle. As long as the staff continues to appreciate their repeat customers, like us, we will keep coming back. : )

Salesman was very easy to deal with and went out of way to sell us a car

Booking an appointment was super quick and easy for the same day. I went and got quick service. As always everyone was friendly and greeted me. My advisor Duane M. was ontop on everything and ensured I was in and out in no time.

The one and only Wade. Mgr he is always so helpful and patient. Honest always available for me with any questions and maintenance on my cars all of my cars previously owned and current as well as with my children
