It was great! It has been the best experience buying a car. Everybody was helping us to get the car we wanted. Farooq was the most special person, he took care of every detail in our purchase, also Vicente helped us with all the financing and it was very smooth and fast.

Jose Pablo was one of the best salesmen I have worked with! Worked with us and made sure we were out the door satisfied without purchase. Will recommend him to any of my colleagues purchasing a VW.

My battery died & would not hold a charge. AAA jumped it to get my car started & I called Rick Case Honda to be sure they were open & went right over. My battery was still under warranty (I wasn't sure) & they replaced it for me.
