We've been working with RP for over a year now, and overall it's been a great experience. We moved our team over from Zendesk, and the RP representatives have supported us every step of the way. When problems arise, the resolutions are quick and efficient, and the whole process has been easy. They're also very receptive to our suggestions for upgrades and changes. We have a lot of custom development within our store, and the RP team have worked directly with our dev team to make sure these are accounted for, ensuring that our workflows, which are often complex, run smoothly. We've had real success with the built-in AI tools — initially for supporting social media, automations, and self-service, and more recently with the introduction of AI agents. Once again, we were walked through these changes and supported throughout. We're very excited to continue our journey with the team and to see the new developments on their way.

In my opinion it's the best support tool for Shopify. I compared to a lot of other systems with big names but they are all unreasonably expensive, overkill in functionalities you don't need and lacking features that make your daily routines more efficient. Richpanel has a very intuitive interface, quick access to all order and costumer related information and Shopify pages as well as clever AI features and automations. What I like a lot about Richpanel compared to other platforms: Charges by agent count not ticket count. Trains AI on all your previously sent emails instead of only on your help files. Costumer support is always available via slack channel and responds very quick at any time. I already recommended Richpanel to a lot of fellow Shopify owners and I will keep on doing so.
