I've really enjoyed my experience with Rich + Niche. The revamped Academy is world class and the training is easy to follow. You can tell Rich genuinely wants people to succeed. I've learned a lot already and it's helped me feel more confident moving forward with online marketing.

Rich is by far the most helpful person when it comes to supporting students, understanding uncommon situations, and finding solutions to difficulties along the way. Due to personal reasons, I had to split my training path into two separate periods. I originally had an agreement to complete two training programs back to back, but I was unable to follow the original schedule. Instead of creating problems or complications, he immediately activated all the related courses on the platform for me and reassured me that I would be included in the next live session for the second program. That level of understanding, flexibility, and genuine care is something extremely rare today. He is an inspiration for anyone who truly believes in customer service, mentorship, and in practicing what they preach — actually doing even better than they speak.
