Ribbon HomeReviews of ribbonhome.com

Hi I'm Tanzy Wilson I just want to reply to Terrance Mccrae's post. I do not know you. I've never met you and you have never been my client. Ribbon has a Dashboard that list all of their clients and you are not one of their clients either. That has been verified. The things that you put in quotes about what I said, are 100% false. So anyone reading this, this is not a valid review. I am one of Ribbon's Top Agents, and that is verifiable. However, it sounds like you had a bad experience, but her name was not Tanzy Wilson.

Ribbon has successfully helped my buyers obtain the home they want at a reasonable price in a difficult and volatile market. I've used Ribbon multiple times and continue to be impressed with the responsiveness, knowledge-base and helpfulness of its agents, such as Montana. It has been a game-changer.

As is common in this crazy sellers market, our financed buyers lost out on 2 homes then they discovered Ribbon. Ribbon allowed them to make a cash offer with 7 days due diligence and a 21 day close! The offer was immediately accepted and now our buyers are finally in their home that they may not have gotten if it werent for Ribbon.

Great communication and easy to use. Will use again in the future.

One of Our A/C units went completely out. I was so impressed on how fast Ribbon homes responded. Incredible service AND the company who installed, called a week later came by to make sure the new unit was working at 100%.

I am eternally grateful for Ribbon. This program has been a game changer to my client. 4 families are now homeowners because of the Ribbon Boost program.

We submitted 6 offers before Ribbon and none got accepted so I told my client about Ribbon and explained it to him. Turning our next offer into cash with Ribbon was how I was able to get my next offer accepted

I had the Seller in this transaction and it was a very smooth closing. I would recommend Ribbon.
