Been using longevity bundle along with the Magesium at night! I have noticed a difference in my energy during the day and feel so much more balanced. The Magnesium is by far the best magnesium I have ever used and will never give that up. I fall asleep and stay asleep and for someone who never ever slept well even on other brands of magnesium I am thrilled!
