The best pants on the market (five-pocket commuter). I own 4 pairs (every color...). They always work with me to find the right product if the one I want isn't in my local store.

Big fan of their commuter pants, but after two attempts, I still don’t have the right size. Worse, Rhône’s policies for international orders and hemming (of what most consider standard lengths) don’t accommodate a refund on pants that don’t fit and force me to pay 90% of their regular price plus shipping to get a replacement. In other words, I would have to purchase three, basically full price, pairs of commuter pants and pay shipping for each to get one that fits…

Absolute garbage and the customer service is the same. Bought 12 pairs of underwear @ $29 per. They started wearing out within a month. Won't take returns (makes sense). I supplied the pictures of the damage. They said ok, we won't refund, because your over a month now, but will give you store credit (Friday). I was discouraged, but fine. Come Monday, they said that they want pictures of all the them. By which time I had tossed. So I got screwed. Never again will I ever buy anything from them.

I purchased some running clothing for my hubby and we were both impressed with the quality and softness of the fabric. The quality is good, has been wrinkle resistant, and I haven't seen any signs of piling after a few washes. Will be ordering more in the future!

This is definitely one of my favorite companies to deal with. Their apparel quality is A+, and their customer service is also the best! Returning/exchanging is so easy. When I need to contact someone about an issue, it is flawless and friendly. I used to think their merchandise was expensive, but feel the prices are worth it when I think of the quality and high level of service, which other companies seem to lack these days. In addition they sent an email regarding Black Lives Matter which I feel addressed the situation honestly and in the best way possible.

Beware bait-and-switch. I wanted to take advantage of their "20% off your first order" offer on a pair of commuter pants. After I placed the order they said the 'first order' did not apply because the pants were 'surplus," i.e. on sale in Rhone-speak Here is the offer: "Treat yourself to the best performance lifestyle gear around. Rhone subscribers get exclusive access to new product launches! Let us help you get started. Enjoy 20% off your first order!" What did I miss, other than the double-talk? A very chilly customer disservice department, too.

Customer service offered a $10 reimbursement for a hemming error they made after sending me the wrong pant inseam length. Where can you get pants hemmed for $10?

I work out heavily and wanted to try some non-mainstream fitness brands. Rhone is either as pricy or pricer than the expensive stuff. But I figured, I'm in the gym at least 3 times a week, I should invest in functional good stuff. I also sweat a lot. Bought a first batch of 5 pairs of socks from Rhone. The socks are really smart, don't shrink, don't itch, don't slip. Exactly what you need. Ok then I thought, "Lets try some real clothes." I bought 3 pairs of shorts. Very smartly designed. The phone pocket makes you forget you have a phone! After >12 months of washes I still wear them and they're still fine. Then I moved to T-shirts and got 3. The M's did not fit at all, all too big in the shoulders. Replaced for S. Now I'm Ivan Drago. The colors and general cut is great. There are little inspirational messages on the inside as well. After that I did another batch order for shorts with liners and some long sleeve stuff. I actually prefer the shorts with liners. My last purchase was their pants - I wanted something that looks normal but is super stretchy for travel. We'll see how it goes. Anyway - this brand is awesome don't let the price turn you off. The stuff is quality.
