As a business
As a business, you appear to have limited capacity to support customers with care and understanding. I recently moved, and my previous address was still saved when I placed an order. Unfortunately, I did not notice the error in time, so the items were shipped to my former home and never reached me. When I explained the situation, I was advised to contact the new owners and ask them to ship the items back. I recognize that updating my address was my responsibility; however, I found this response disappointing and lacking in customer care. I also asked whether you would be willing to offer a 50% discount on a replacement order for the items I had already paid for but never received, but that request was denied. I understand that businesses have reasonable limits, but extending some goodwill in unforeseen circumstances can make a meaningful difference. This is particularly disappointing because I genuinely love your products. However, this experience has left me feeling that customer care is not a priority, and I will no longer be shopping with your company. I believe this situation could have been handled with considerably more understanding and flexibility.
