Good luck trying to contact someone in case there is a delivery delay. they completely absolve themselves of all responsibility. Shame !

I love the company and the products and the customer service is VERY RESPONSIVE. I just can't afford them any more. I did see a difference after consuming it and it's NOT snake oil like so many other products are.

My company has been using Rho for about two and a half years and we have had an amazing experience. Why you should think about using Rho: - They gave us a much higher limit than other credit card providers. - It was a very easy onboarding process. - User friendly platform and mobile app. - After the SVB crisis, they supported us and we transferred our bank transactions to Rho. - Amazing customer service - they really are open and listen to product feedback. - Seamless NetSuite Integration - so easy to sync transactions and re-sync if the coding needs to be updated. Would definitely recommend Rho!!

Having tried a few different banking providers, I have found Rho to be best-in-class not just on feature functionality but also on customer servicing. Onboarding was super fast and the team was there for us every step of the way. Love the treasury feature as well!

If you are tired of terrible banking software look no further. Rho has finally built a banking interface that is intuitive and well-designed. No more endless loading pages or 1980's design. Rho fixed this and created a seamless experience for the entire team.

Nothing dramatically, just VERY inconvenient experience with Rho. Sorry - can't give it 5 stars therefor.

Update: Rho has offered a way to retain the rewards rate in exchange for some concessions from us in terms of minimum spend and using their other services. I appreciate the way their customer service team has worked with us. Original review: We signed up for Rho based on the terms they advertised: 1.5% cash back on credit cards, flexible credit limits, no personal guarantee, and expense management. Now two years later we received notice (via a standardized email) that our rewards rate is being dropped to 1% (despite 6-figure monthly spending and on-time payments). According to their team, there appears to be no way to retain the rewards rate without making other concessions (minimum spend, starting to bank with them as well). I would recommend finding other options. Other business owners seem to be happy with Ramp and Expensify for credit cards and expense management.
