Rho's level of service is the highest in the business. I receive resolutions same day. Their UX is easy to navigate, and as a founder, I'm able to directly manage elements of financial operations. They also celebrate our big wins - fundraises, customer closes, etc. - which is a small difference that creates brand loyalty.
