Amazing customer service. I had tried to contact the company in various different ways but didn't receive a response. Eventually I tried fb and within minutes I had a pm. Unfortunately my emails had gone into spam. A very apologetic response explained what had happened, which has now been fixed. Also the reason for my contact has been sorted (user error 🤦‍♀️) I have had various items from rhapsodye yarns always good quality, easy to order and swift delivery. I also like the personal touches in their emails. They are genuinely grateful for your order.
