Excellent customer service. I placed two orders. The first order turned out to be shipped from the US (this means customs fees since I live in Europe). The package went missing, but after contacting rhapsodyeyarns, I was immediately sent a new shirt and they covered the extra costs (wow!). My second order arrived very quickly from Latvia (no customs fees). I'm thrilled with these beautiful shirts! Contact with customer service was quick and friendly. I will definitely order from them again. My tip for other EU customers: check in advance if your item is in stock in Europe to avoid customs fees.

The shirt I ordered is really soft and comfortable. The coffee mug makes me smile every time I use it.

While I am happy with the products - 2 tee shirts . I was disappointed that they took so long to arrive . The packaging was fine , the shirts are in great shape . The person I bought them for left before they got here. Now I have to send them from Missouri to Florida . I thought I ordered them with plenty of time before she had to go but the processing took longer .
