ReziReviews of rezi.io

It simplifies editing my CV and offers suggestions. Once I was satisfied with the online version, I downloaded it as a DOCx file which made it even easier to go tweak it

I always had my problems with writing a CV to apply for jobs because I was really overwhelmed and this tool literally made it so easy for me to structure and organize what I have already done and where my experiences are. I really love the AI add ons this tool offers!

Awsome and works indefinetley

I recently used your website to work on my resume and was very impressed with the templates, AI features, and bullet point suggestions. It was a huge help, as I had been struggling to manage the margins and formatting on my own. I accidentally closed my browser window and lost track of my progress, but I received your follow-up email. Thank you for the suggestions you provided in your message. I am very happy with the results so far—I would give the service 5 stars.

Rezi is hands down the BEST resume, cover letter, and overall career related AI tool out there. It’s UI is easy to use and you can quickly learn to use all it has to offer without being overwhelmed, which is not the case for many other tools out there. Their customer service is fantastic as well, quick to respond and they go out of their way to make sure you are completely satisfied. This flows from the top down and is refreshing to see these days when so many companies, especially in tech and AI, put the customer second and usually forget about you the moment they have your money. BONUS: it’s great that they offer a lifetime membership option, which sadly is becoming increasingly rare and makes people feel as if they don’t actually own the products/services they’ve paid for, but that’s not the case with Rezi. Can’t recommend them enough!

Very good website for resume writing and helps understand what can be improved.

This review is about a customer service rep named Sherwin. He was awesome. I tried several times to unsubscribe from Rezi and it never worked. Finally in frustration I wrote to their customer service and Sherwin was kind and very helpful. I had used a former work email and that is why I couldn't cancel it, but Sherwin kept working on it until resolution. He were amazing. Thank you Sherwin. Your professionalism was greatly appreciated!

It had been years since I last updated my resume. I was fortunate that my previous roles came through recruiters who contacted me directly. However, circumstances change, and I needed to prepare a new resume. While searching for a tool to help with writing and formatting, I tried several options before discovering Rezi. It provided the clearest and most polished resume format I encountered. The experience was a relief, and the built-in guidance and tips throughout the platform were especially helpful.
