The site is okay, the LLM kind of knows what it's doing. The UI is horrible. I click, it don't work. Fix ur UI to be more like Google docs, then u got something.

creates metrics out of thin air Won’t let me modify experience date format. Won’t let me modify number of bullets. Won’t let me modify header contents. Constantly uses cliche terms and buzzwords. Has not generated a single response from any company this was used with. “Best practices” do not cover all resume scenarios, designs, or experience. They are guidance, not guardrails. To use them as guardrails is only appropriate for applicants with narrow or limited career experience.

Hello Psyop, Thanks for your feedback. Rezi is designed to follow best resume practices, which means some formatting and structure options are limited by design to ensure content quality and consistency. The texts can be manually edited on the Finish Up & Review page, but then again it's something we don't recommend. If you need further assistance, please email us at [email protected] and we'll be more than glad to help. Best, Rezi Support

Their resume resume takes a week or more and their comments are so bland. Waited a week for this useless feedback: “Add LinkedIn url” “Set resume experience level correctly to get a more accurate rezi score” “Good resume” Definitely not worth the cost. Also, their cover letter AI bot needs Jesus because it doesn’t formulate a cover letter with understandable, proper grammar and doesn’t make sense. Wish I could get my money refunded.

Hey there, If you send us a chat, it's totally ok for a refund. Just let us know. For the review, we directly edit the duplicated resume rather than leaving too much comments. It's hard for me to know the quality of the review without knowing which resume is being referenced, happy to take a personal look at what was delivered. For the Cover Letter AI, like all AI models - the output correlates with the inputs. Again it's hard to know your results, but generally the output works well. We apologize for the 2-star experience. Just let me know your email address and we'll get it refunded for you
